Retake Day - Grad Portraits

Attention all 2019 Graduates.  The 2nd Formal Graduation Photo Session is coming up on Friday, February 1, 2019.  These sessions will take place on the stage.  

Please note
  • All students who missed the original graduation photo session are required to sign up on the photo schedule in the main office.  You have the choice of a full Elite session ($30 cash) or a basic, no charge session.
  • If you require a retake, you need to also sign up for a photo time at the main office.  You must bring your proofs from the original session or else you will have to pay again for another Elite session ($30)
  • Please note the Early Bird date on your proofs.  Eligible orders can be submitted online or by paper (to the main office) and are entitled to free bonus photos and entered into a draw

Ottawa U Filipino Association info session

Free info session at University of Ottawa on Saturday Nov. 24th from 10a.m-12:30 pm in Room 545 at the Learning Crossroads (100 Louis-Pasteur Private). This session is hosted by the Filipino Association and aims to support all interested Grade 11 and 12 students who may be considering attending the university. It is not only open to Filipino students. The session will be an opportunity to discover all that FilSAUO has to offer in terms of providing a wonderful social group while connecting with the rich Filipino culture at the university. Awards/Scholarship Workshop will be held on Nov. 29th at lunch in Oblate Hall.  Valuable information on how to prepare your applications will be presented. Plan on attending this session to help you apply for free money towards your education.

House of Page Program

An exciting opportunity for graduating students who are planning to attend full-time studies at one of Ottawa's four universities in Sept. 2019. In the page program, students work in the Parliamentary system and are responsible for a wide range of tasks directly related to Chamber activities. Grad Info Session - Sept. 2018

A  Grad Assembly will be held on Wednesday, Sept. 19th in the cafetorium.  This is a mandatory meeting for all graduates. We will be reviewing dates, timelines and important information on graduation and university/college applications.
