OSTA and OC Transpo present Public Transit Training on Tuesday, August 27th and Wednesday, August 28th.
Students learn about safety features on the city bus and train, travel planner, presto cards and much more!

During OSTA's annual route planning cycle, students are assigned to yellow bus, van service, or public transit, based on students' location and the program/school they are attending.  More than 20,000 students take public transit to school every day across the city of Ottawa.  See OSTA Bus Stop Finder to find out which mode has been selected for the coming school year.

OSTA and OC Transpo are providing public transit training for students in grades 7 to 12 of Ottawa-Carleton District School Board and Ottawa Catholic School Board.  Topics include:
How to use OC Transpo Travel Planner
Safety features on the bus, train and stops
How to use a Presto card and Student ID
What to do about lost Presto cards

The transit training will take place at:

St. Paul High School, 2675 Draper Avenue, on Tuesday, August 27, 2019 from 7 to 8 p.m. and at
Notre Dame High School, 710 Broadview Avenue, on Wednesday, August 28, 2019 from 7 to 8 p.m.
